Upcoming Events

St. Patrick's Day Celebration and Parade March 12 & 13th

Edge Gymnastics will appear in Dublin's St. Patrick's Day Parade on March 12th beginning at 9:30 a.m. The parade creates a positive community spirit and an enjoyable experience for all participants.

Edge Gymnastics will also host a vendor booth on both March 12 & 13th from 10:00-5:00 at the Dublin Civic Center!

We hope you join us and share in the excitement!

Edge at Cal Berkeley!

Edge Devo 4 and Level 4's will be performing at the end of the Cal Berkeley meet this Sunday, March 6. The Meet starts at 2:00 and includes teams from Cal Berkeley, Stanford, Oregon State, and Denver. Come and see some amazing college gymnastics and support the Edge Girls as they perform!

Make sure you check out Edge's Summer Camps!  Our camps offer gymnastics instruction, as well as arts and crafts, games, and of course free play in the foam pit.  We provide a snack to everyone; full day campers should bring a lunch.  Each week will provide an exciting theme providing focus and fun.

Olympic Trials are Coming to San Jose!

The road to London goes right through the Bay Area!  The 2012 Olympic Trials for gymnastics will take place in our own backyard at the HP Pavilion in San Jose June 28th - July 1st, 2012.  Experience in person the excitement as the nation's best gymnasts battle it out for a chance to represent U.S.A. at the Summer Olympics in London. 

Edge Gymnastics is offering exclusive packages and pricing for All -Session Women's and Men's Artistic event tickets before they are available to the public.Order forms are available; send in the order form to the HP Pavillion contact on the form and you will automatically be seated with the Edge seating block.

What's New at EDGE?

New Assessment Process for the Academy Program

With the start of the Early Spring Session, Edge launched a new skill tracking system for all of our Girls Academy, Boys Academy and Tumbling students' skill progress.  All students have received a Skill Card for their current class level, which is kept in a file by the bleachers.  When your child arrives for class they simply need to take their own Skill Card from the file and bring it with them to class.  As they achieve new skills in class, their teacher will date and initial that they have performed the skill with proficiency and the child will be able to see week to week which skill they have achieved and which skills they still need to work on.  At the end of class the Skill Cards will be left with your child's teacher for re-filing for their next class.

We hope this process will make learning new skills fun and rewarding for our gymnasts, as they will play a part in tracking their progress.  It will also make tracking skills consistent from session to session, and for students who come to more than one class per week and have multiple teachers.  So far, the skill cards have been a great tool for the teachers and students!

 Beginner Acro Classes Offered in Early Spring Session!

The Early Spring Session is offering entry-level classes for students to try out Edge's new Acro Program!  Acro classes are one hour in length.  The new Tumbling and Acro schedules, which also include additional tumbling classes and levels, are available at the front desk. Schedule a Trial Class today!

Preschool Program News

New Open Gym on Tuesday mornings!

Edge Gymnastics is now offering two days of

Open Gym for kids under 6 years old on

Tuesdays and Fridays from 11:00am-12:00pm.

Your child(ren) will have fun playing in the foam pit, swinging on the rope and bars, jumping on the tumble track, walking across the balance beam, or doing forward rolls on the floor. Please feel free to invite friends, neighbors and/or playgroups. Open Gym is available on a drop-in basis, so don't miss out on the fun!

Member cost is only $8 and non-members is $10.
