Book Your Birthday Party at Edge Gymnastics

Reserve your spot today and give your child a memorable birthday filled with fun gymnastics. We require a $250 deposit to secure your birthday. A party package includes 1 hr & 15 min of play time & 45 minutes of celebration time off the floor. Once play time is complete, all party guests must remain off the floor.

What birthday party packages are available?

We offer four packages tailored to different group sizes. If you would like to extend your party please give us a call at (925)497-9904.

All parties require a $250 deposit to secure your spot.

How far in advance should I book a party?

To secure your preferred date we recommend booking at least three - four weeks in advance. This allows us to prepare the space and staff for your event.

What activities are included during the party?

Parties include supervised free time, games, and use of our foam pit! Party guests will have access to the gym for the first hour and 15 minutes. Following 45 minutes of celebration time off the floor on a designated area.

During the 45 minutes of celebration, you can bring food, drinks, cupcakes, and more. Please note once your time slot is over our birthday party staff will help clean up and transition to the next party.

Are parents allowed to stay and watch?

Yes, parents and guardians are welcome to stay during the party. Parents must stay in the designated viewing area.

Guests 3 years and younger will need an adult to accompany them on the floor.

Parents (adults) are not permitted on the floor.

What is your cancellation policy?

To receive a full refund minus a $50 admin fee you must give us 2 week's notice before your scheduled birthday party.

Cancellations less than 2 weeks can be rescheduled to a later date within 6 months (based on availability). There is no refund on your deposit.  

Day of cancellations are ineligible for a refund or reschedule.

Who is counted in the head count?

All participants under the age of 18 will be counted in the final headcount. Only the birthday party child is excluded from the head count.



For example, if you book the 15 - 20 party and 22 guests arrive at checkout we will adjust your party package to the next bracket.

Can we bring food?

Absolutely, during the 45 minutes of celebration time you can bring food. Edge provides two six-foot tables for food and a designated area to celebrate with your guests.

Hosts can bring food, cake, cupcakes, beverages, and much more.

(no ice cream, no pinatas, no silly string, no alcohol, no slime, no balloons, glass)

Can you tip your coaches?

Yes, tipping your coaches is always welcomed.

Families can tip in cash or add it to your final payment.

How early can we arrive you set up?

Birthday Party host families can arrive 15 min before their scheduled party to set up.

What does celebration time look like?

Party families will have a designated bleacher space ( A or B).

We will provide two six-foot tables for food and gifts.

Can I update my head count?

Yes, we require an updated head count the Monday before your Birthday Party.

When will parties open up for the 2026 calendar year?

We are only offering April 18th & 25th as a soft launch to our Birthday Parties.

TBD: May -  December parties.

Can I request my child's coach?

Yes, but it is not a guarantee.
